Time. If we only had enough of it. We all get the same amount, yet we tend to use the excuse of not having enough of it almost on a weekly basis.

I’ve done thousands of consults, processed thousands of memberships and cancellations. Time is usually the main reason for people not starting and a top reason for quitting.

Is it true? If we are honest with ourselves it’s not. We waste hours a day doing things we would rather do. We sleep in instead of waking up early to work out, play on our phones, watch tv, read books, surf the internet, and do other things that take up our time.

What about the other stuff that takes up our time? Stuff like work, kids sports, and other important things? They’re legitimate. They take up our time don’t they? Sure they do, but they don’t take up so much to the point where you don’t have 3 hours a week to workout.

There are 168 hours a week. If you work out 3 hours a week you have 165 hours to do all the other things like sleep, work, take the kids to sports, go out to eat, and do all the other time-wasting activities you and I enjoy.

So, do you have enough time to work out? You just have to be honest with yourself and prioritize your life. We understand how difficult it is to make it to the gym for a lot of people. That’s why we made our 30 minute Burn class and placed it strategically throughout the day.
