At CrossFit HSE we love fitness and we love seeing our members succeed. Everyone that walks through our doors is here to accomplish a variety of different goals that are unique to them.
What We Believe:
We believe that CrossFit is for everyone and that it is the best program to get our community healthy and fit. We use a prescriptive model, that meets our clients right where they are at and that this is the best path towards long-term success.
At CrossFit HSE we use personal training, nutrition coaching, and group fitness to help our clients succeed. With community support, structured programming, and a high level of accountability, our members get amazing results.
Personal Training:
Personal training is the best way for someone to get started at CrossFit HSE. 1-1 attention, for a season, sets you up for long-term success. Some members love personal training and stick with it, while some graduate to our group classes. Personal training allows for specific training tailored to your current needs. It’s a great way to micro progress vs going into group fitness where the programming is generalized.

Nutrition:
Nutrition is the foundation of your plan, but it is often the last thing people think they need help with. “I eat pretty well,” or “I know how to eat,” we often hear during our consults. People have developed habits over years, sometimes decades that need changing and it’s not an easy thing to do. We use habits-based coaching that creates change that is sustainable long-term. Through closed 1-1 coaching, educating our members, and holding them accountable over the course of 90-180 days, we’ve seen amazing progress! We’ve had members come off blood pressure, cholesterol, and type-2 diabetes meds, as well as dozens of members, lose life-changing weight.

Group Fitness:
Our 2 classes are called Burn and CrossFit. Burn is our 30-minute class designed to help our athletes burn body fat, build lean muscle, and increase their fitness capacity. CrossFit is our main1 hour offering at CrossFit HSE. We use functional movements performed at high intensity. Both classes are pre-programmed in advance, carefully thought out, in order to best serve our clientele.
