CrossFit is our 1 hour CrossFit class that uses functional movements that will help you get better at everything. If you're looking to build strength, confidence, and change your body composition, this class is for you.
Burn is our 30 minute CrossFit class designed to give you an effective workout in a short amount of time. We don't use the barbell or dynamic gymnastic movements in our Burn class.
