After doing roughly 50 consults a month and doing follow up check ins with members the number one piece of advice they would give to anyone on the fence is this:
Many even say they regret not starting sooner. Regret kicks in when our members start seeing the results they came in for. After losing body-fat, gaining lean muscle, and feeling better about themselves, they look back at their old thought patterns and wish they would have acted sooner.
How many times in our lives have we looked back and said, ” I wish I would have done this a long time ago?”
If it’s important to you, don’t put it off. The only thing holding you back from making progress is you. This isn’t just applicable to fitness, this applies to elsewhere in your life.
