“It’s been just under a year since I joined Crossfit HSE]. I was unsure of what I was looking to gain from the sport if I’m being honest. I assumed it would help me get stronger, build stamina and endurance. What I didn’t expect was to build quality friendships, test my physical limits DAILY and actually see results. This is not meant to be a “join CrossFit” post, but rather a “challenge yourself” one. I pushed myself out of my comfort zone and it has become one of the most rewarding decisions of my life.
