According to a study done by Dr. Gail Matthews at the Dominican University in California, you are 62% more likely to achieve your goals just by writing them down and sharing them with a friend. Writing things down makes them real and sends a signal to your brain that you’re serious about making them happen.

Do you use a calendar on your phone? Most people do and most adults that are busy live by their calendar. They at least put the important things in there that they don’t want to forget.

Why not put your workouts in your calendar like you would a doctors appointment? Does it really work? You’ll find out if you do it. Successful people make lists, use their calendar, and execute.
