How Lose Weight Fast

With spring break approaching and summer soon after, you might be thinking strongly about shedding some weight to look good in your bathing suit.

The time to start is NOW. People wait far too long to make their weight-loss goals happen. It’s going to take 9-12 weeks to see some significant improvements, not a month before you go.

So, how can you lose weight fast if you’ve decided to try and do so “last minute”?

Here are 3 Things You Can Do:

  1. Keep your carbs under 50-60 grams per day and get rid of pastas, sugars, processed foods ect. Get your carbs from veggies and up your fiber intake.
  2. Workout DAILY. Not a few times a week, DAILY. There’s nothing wrong with a few 2 a days during the week. Fasted cardio in the morning is another great option.
  3. Get some help. Join a gym with group fitness or hire a trainer. You’ll 2-3x your effort and get more out of your workouts. It’s difficult to replicate the intenisty required to produce change on your own.
