**Buy local meat, eggs, and produce when you can

Pasture raised eggs (Tyner Pond Farms is local, Vital Farms also has good eggs, you can find these at Target and Wal-mart)

turkey bacon or regular bacon (nitrate free, sugar free) Fresh Thyme has a great selection

avocado

Ezekiel bread (frozen food section at Kroger, Wal-mart, Fresh Thyme)

kale

Spinach

Carrots

English Cucumbers

Tomatoes

LOTS OF FRESH VEGETABLES

Grapefruit

Lemons

Limes

Papaya (for freezing to use for Protein Shakes)

Strawberries

Blueberries

Apples

Sweet potatoes

Onions

Fresh garlic (whole cloves)

Olive oil (cold pressed/expeller pressed and single country origin-read the label on the back to make sure it is harvested from 1 country)

Avocado oil or Coconut oil (unrefined, cold-pressed)

Unprocessed sea-salt (do not buy iodized table salt)

grass fed butter (Keri Gold brand- Costco, Wal-mart, Fresh Thyme, Kroger)

unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened coconut milk

nitrate free deli meat (chicken or turkey, uncured pepperoni or salami-make sure these are not cooked in soybean oil or other pufas)

canned tuna (wild caught)

Whole Mayo or Paleo Mayo (Sir Kensingtons Avocado Mayo, or Primal Kitchen brand mayo)

Sugar free mustard (most djon or brown mustards are sugar free)

dill pickles

Full-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt (I like Fage)

chicken thighs or breasts, (organic, pasture raised, skin on and bone in are best)

Grass-Fed Beef

Wild-Caught Fish (do not buy farm-raised)

dry roasted or raw nuts

almond butter or natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt)

whole uncooked oats (Steel oats are most nutritious)

powdered peanut butter (PBFIT)

Monkfruit/Erythritol sweetener (baking aisle)

Dark Chocolate 85% or higher (Lindt Brand 85% cacao)

A good quality protein powder (We love the brand MRE Light, we sell at the gym)
