Greek Meatballs with Tzatziki

2 lbs Ground Turkey
1/3 c. Almond flour
1 onion, chopped
2 large egg yolks
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped (Curly)
1 tsp salt and pepper
Pre-heat oven to 400
Saute onion and garlic in 1 tbsp. Olive oil, until translucent. Cool
Whisk egg, add almond flour and combine, add to your turkey and spices, salt and pepper, mix in your onions.
Scoop out 1 1/2 inch meatballs with a cookie dough scoop
Bake on cookie sheet for about 15 minutes.
Tzatziki Sauce
1 Cup full fat Greek Yogurt (Fage)
1/4 c. diced English Cucumber
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lemon, juiced
1/4 c. Chopped Parsley (Curly)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients
