Some days you won’t feel like going.
Some days you won’t be motivated.
Some days you might wanna hit the snooze button!
If you have a few friends that go consistently…
People you look forward to seeing…
A coach you have a relationship with…
You’ll make it to class or your personal training appointment.
The best thing you can do at a new gym or your current one is to introduce yourself to people and start some small chat!
Is it uncomfortable at first? Sure it is, but everyone else feels the exact same way.
If you want to be successful, take the initiative or ask a coach to help you get to know people.
