Alison Lomellin has⚑ killed it since starting with us! She is super consistent and she works hard every class. I tell our athletes that you cannot beat consistency. There is a distinct difference in results with people that come 5 days a week vs. 2-3 sporadically. Mix in nutrition coaching and the results come fairly quick for most people.

πŸŽ‰Tell me why you came in for Nutrition coaching?

I have never really focused on my nutrition other than just “watching my calories.” I really wanted to learn more about what and how I should be eating to get the best results.

πŸŽ‰What did you learn and change during our time together?

I learned a lot about the importance of what is in the foods I eat. I have never paid attention to what kind of oil is in something and I’m looking for that a lot more now. I also learned to focus on my protein and fill in the rest with good fats and carbs.

πŸŽ‰Did you reach your goals with sustainable changes?

I feel pretty happy with what I accomplished over that month. I lost weight and body fat but more importantly I feel like I learned a lot. I’m excited to keep working on it moving forward and hoping to keep getting better at it! I definitely feel like it’s sustainable. It doesn’t feel like a “diet” but more of just a way of life.

Absolutely! It was very informative and Missy was so available for questions which I really appreciated. I think it’s so important to realize that diet is just as important as exercise and should be worked on just like we do at the gym!
